Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website and may change without prior notice before an order is accepted.

Promotions, coupons, sale prices, gifts, and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions and availability.

If a material pricing, description, configuration, or availability error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the corrected information or offer cancellation and a refund.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for production or fulfilment.

An order is accepted after payment authorization, required order information, product availability, configuration details, and compliance checks have been confirmed.

• Pricing or product information contains a material error.

If we cancel an order after receiving cleared payment, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Once production or customization has started, cancellation, alteration, exchange, or refund options may be limited, subject to applicable law and our published Return Policy.

Requests to change an order are not effective until confirmed in writing by Mythic Doll.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Production, dispatch, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, inspections, remote-area delivery, and incomplete address information may affect delivery time.

Customers must provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unauthorized rerouting may be charged to the customer where permitted.

11. Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, storage fees, or other local governmental charges.
