Hello everyone, this is Alice Liu, the founder of Mythic Doll. My journey with dolls began far from where I am today. I was born and raised in China, and at the age of 15, I came to the United States alone to pursue my education. Leaving my family and adapting to a completely new culture at such a young age was both challenging and transformative. Those years taught me independence, resilience, and the importance of understanding people on a deeper emotional level.

Six years later, I graduated from the University of California, where I studied Communication and Managerial Economics. My education gave me not only business knowledge but also a strong interest in human connection, behavior, and the ways technology can shape our lives. During this time, I began paying close attention to the rapid development of artificial intelligence and humanoid technologies. I realized that realistic dolls were no longer just products — they represented the early stages of a larger future.

This belief eventually became the foundation of Mythic Doll.

At Mythic Doll, we see realistic dolls as more than companions. We believe they are connected to the future of humanoid robotics and AI-assisted living. As technology continues to develop, dolls and humanoid robots may one day play meaningful roles in improving human quality of life. Beyond emotional companionship, they may help support people physically, provide care, assist with daily living, and reduce loneliness in an increasingly fast-paced world.

Mythic Doll was created with this vision in mind. We focus on craftsmanship, realism, and emotional connection since we believe technology should feel human, be warm, and comforting rather than cold and distant. Every single detail, from appearance to tactile experience, reflects our – Mythic Doll’s vision of creating products that people can genuinely connect with.

For me, Mythic Doll is not only a business. It is the combination of my personal journey, my curiosity about future technology, and my hope that innovation can improve human life in meaningful ways. Having experienced loneliness, adaptation, and personal growth while living abroad, in a completely new environment, at a young age, I understand how important comfort and emotional support can be.

The world is entering a new era where AI and robotics are becoming part of everyday life. Mythic Doll hopes to be part of that future — creating products that not only look realistic but also help people feel understood, cared for, and less alone.
